Abstract:
On May 31, 2016 passed away Prof. Valer Fărcăşan, PhD. He was a distinguished personality of the scientific and academic life at the University „Babeş-Bolyai” Cluj-Napoca with remarkable contributions in the domain of organic chemistry and biochemistry, known in Romania and abroad.
