In this study, the structural situations of beekeeping were investigated by surveying to migratory and stationary 320 beekeepers (200 stationary + 120 migratory) that have15 698 hives in 10 district and 68 villages of Konya in Turkey. At the end of study, it was determined in average that the age of beekeepers involved in survey was 46.18 years, their experience in beekeeping was 14.40 years, the number of the old type hive was 3.75 per beekeeper. It was determined that migratory beekeepers were professional ones who see beekeeping as the main job and major income provider. The migratory beekeepers were more educated careful and experienced than stationary beekeepers in usage of high quality queen bee. All beekeepers applications of spring feeding in their colonies were also determined.
